This notice provides general information about candidate data used by PathBridge Careers for recruitment and candidate matching.
Information expected
The WhatsForm application may request contact details, location, age and work-authorization eligibility, role preferences, work history, skills, availability, and responses to role-specific questions. Applicants should not submit information that the form does not request.
Recruitment purposes and sharing
Candidate information is used to review eligibility, match applicants with potential opportunities, communicate about recruitment, and support application follow-up. Information may be shared with relevant employer partners for these recruitment purposes. Those partners make their own hiring decisions; PathBridge Careers is not the employer.
Retention and applicant choices
Candidate information should be retained only as long as reasonably needed for recruitment, operational, and legal purposes. After launch, applicants can use the published contact email to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to applicable requirements.
Fair hiring
PathBridge Careers supports equal employment opportunity in candidate referrals. Employer partners are responsible for their own hiring practices and employment decisions.
